Argentina championship suspended due to financial disputes

The Argentina football championship will be suspended for one week. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
The matches of the 9th round have been postponed to another date. This decision was made due to financial disputes surrounding the country's football federation (AFA).
This was reported by euro-football.ru. It is known that the matches of the 7th and 8th rounds will be held as scheduled, but the break falls exactly on the 9th round.
According to the initial schedule, the 9th round was supposed to take place from March 5 to 8. However, during this period, AFA president Claudio Tapia is expected to appear in court regarding corruption-related issues.
Additionally, according to derbyderbyderby.it, an illegal financial scheme related to pension payments for former players and organization employees has been uncovered. Through this scheme, tax payments amounting to 19 billion pesos may have been evaded.
This amount corresponds to approximately 12 million euros. Furthermore, the federation is also suspected of being involved in money laundering processes.
Official decisions on these matters are currently awaited. Therefore, there is no exact information yet about when the 9th round matches of the championship will be held.
