According to the expert, the head coach of the "Liverpool" team should be so authoritative that even a player who does not regularly play in the main lineup does not lose respect for him and does not consider criticizing him.

Additionally, it was reported in January that "Real Madrid" had relieved Xabi Alonso from his head coaching position. Following this, British media announced that they are ready to consider Alonso's candidacy as a replacement for Liverpool's current coach Arne Slot.
