According to Belo'us, Xabi Alonso has already proven himself as an experienced and strong coach. In his words, "Liverpool" was once a leading team on the field, but now various problems are noticeable within the club.

In particular, recent conflicts related to Mohamed Salah have clearly demonstrated this. According to the expert, the head coach of the "Liverpool" team should be so authoritative that even a player who does not regularly play in the main lineup does not lose respect for him and does not consider criticizing him.

Additionally, it was reported in January that "Real Madrid" had relieved Xabi Alonso from his head coaching position. Following this, British media announced that they are ready to consider Alonso's candidacy as a replacement for Liverpool's current coach Arne Slot.
