“Galatasaray” plans to transfer Hakan Chalhanoglu

Galatasaray football club vice-president Abdulla Kavukchu announced that the club wants to add Inter Milan midfielder Hakan Chalhanoglu to their squad. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
This was reported by *euro-football.ru*. According to Kavukchu, the Istanbul club made another attempt to acquire this player during the winter transfer window.
As part of their efforts, a meeting was held with Inter's management. However, the Milan club firmly stated that Hakan Chalhanoglu would not leave the club during the winter transfer window.
Kavukchu emphasized that the Turkish footballer holds symbolic importance for the national team and that Chalhanoglu is a Galatasaray fan. "I don't know when it will happen, but one day he will play for our club," said the vice-president in an interview with Football Italia.
Hakan Chalhanoglu transferred from Milan to Inter as a free agent in 2021. His contract is valid until June 30, 2027.
In the current season, Chalhanoglu has played 23 matches for Inter, scoring 8 goals and providing 4 assists.
