"Bashakshehir" lost to "Trabzonspor" with a score of 2:4

In the 4th round of the Turkey Cup, "Bashakshehir" hosted "Trabzonspor" on their home ground and lost 2:4 in a lively and intense match. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
The match started with a very early goal: the visitors opened the scoring in the 6th minute. At the beginning of the second half, Nunu da Costa brought "Bashakshehir" back into the game, and in the 66th minute, Ivan Brnić put the hosts ahead.
However, after that, the match completely changed: "Trabzonspor" scored three more goals in the 70th, 84th, and 85th minutes, making a comeback and securing the victory. This game was also of special interest to Uzbek fans.
In the "Bashakshehir" lineup, Abbosbek Fayzullaev and Eldor Shomurodov started the match and both played the full 90 minutes. Eldor received a yellow card in the 38th minute for a foul.
Another heavy blow for the hosts came in the 79th minute. Defender Ba received a straight red card, leaving his team with one player less.
Right after this incident, "Bashakshehir"'s game fell apart, and the visitors fully took advantage of it. Nuri Sahin's team remained in 4th place in Group A with 6 points after this defeat.
