Uzbekistan national team establishes headquarters in the USA

The Uzbekistan national team will establish its base in Atlanta, USA during the 2026 World Cup. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

This decision is not only convenient for our team but also the right choice from the tournament's logistics perspective. Our team will live and train at the Atlanta United club's training facility throughout the competition.

The city of Atlanta has been included by FIFA among the Team Base Camp options, with one of the bases in the city being the Atlanta United Training Centre. According to FIFA regulations, national teams stay at their home bases during the group stage and travel to matches via charter flights.

This allows the team to remain at the main training center without moving from one city to another. Additionally, the team returns to its base after each match.

FIFA has selected over 61 Team Base Camp locations, which are designed for teams to live, recover, and conduct training sessions. According to information, among the teams in our group, Portugal will be based in Palm Beach Gardens, and Colombia will be located in Columbus.

For the Uzbekistan national team, Atlanta will not only be a place to live but also the main support point on the path toward their big dream at the World Cup. Our team will prepare for the decisive group stage matches from here.
