It has become known in recent days that the player's representative is actively conducting negotiations with English clubs to resolve contractual issues. According to Diario Sport, the French star's agent, Moussa Sissoko, recently met with Manchester City's sporting director.
During this conversation, both parties discussed in detail the possibility of Dembele joining the current English champions. Although the player has a contract with the Paris club valid until summer 2028, the process of extending his agreement with the team is not proceeding as smoothly as expected.
Both sides are struggling to find mutually satisfactory terms. Consequently, speculation about the player leaving the club has intensified.
Dembele moved from Barcelona to Paris in 2023 for twenty-five million euros and is currently demonstrating his high-level football this season. He has appeared in twenty-seven matches across all official competitions, making a significant contribution to the team's attacks.
The player scored twelve goals and provided seven assists in those twenty-seven matches. If his transfer to Manchester City materializes, it will be a serious turning point in Dembele's career.
