La Liga footballers chose their dream new teammates

To gain a deeper understanding of the relationship between players in Spain's top division, La Liga, and modern football, the world-famous ESPN channel conducted a special survey. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
Thirty professional footballers currently active in the league participated in this event. Athletes who often hesitate to openly express their opinions on social media or in the press responded this time under the condition of anonymity.
This allowed them to express their true thoughts, dreams, and hopes without hiding anything. One of the most notable questions in the survey was: if you were the manager of your club, which footballer would you want to bring to your team first?
As expected, the answers clustered around the brightest stars of modern football. Thirty percent of the participants, that is almost every third person, voted for the French forward Kylian Mbappe.
His speed, ball control skills, and composure in winning situations made him the most desirable transfer option for his peers. Interestingly, exactly the same percentage of votes, thirty percent, was given to Barcelona club member Pedri.
The young midfielder's ability to see the field correctly, intelligent movements in the game, and consistency amazed the players. The third place was taken by another Barcelona talent, Lamine Yamal, who gathered six percent of the votes.
This result shows that despite his age, he has earned great attention and respect. In fourth place, although not playing in La Liga, Erling Haaland secured a position with six percent of the votes due to his goal-scoring record.
Additionally, Vitinha, Julian Alvarez, Rafinha, and others also caught the attention of the footballers. Another interesting issue raised in the survey was: which players are undervalued compared to their true worth?
Rafinha led this question, confirming the opinion that his efforts are still not fully appreciated. Regarding discipline and tough playing style, Getafe defender Allan Nyom was identified as the player most likely to receive red cards.
Overall, this survey revealed the inner world of La Liga footballers and who they consider to be true strength. Such results may also influence future transfers and club policies.
It is clear that the names chosen by the footballers themselves embody real quality and strength. Source: ESPN
