He has demonstrated his professional expertise while serving for many years as the main doctor of the Italian national team. Furthermore, during his career, Castellacci has held responsible positions such as President of the Italian Football Doctors Association and Vice-President of the Italian National Orthopedic-Traumatologists Association.
His arrival provides the team with an opportunity to implement modern medical approaches. Additionally, Simeone Siciliano, a qualified Italian physiotherapist, has also been added to the team roster.
