Uzbekistan trekkers won four medals at the Asian Championship

The Uzbekistan national track cycling team once again demonstrated its high level of performance at the Asian Championship held in Manila, the capital of the Philippines, adding four new medals to its tally. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
This time, the team showcased its continental stability by securing one gold, one silver, and two bronze medals. The gold medal was won by Nafosat Koziyeva in the points race among senior women.
She left her competitors behind and crossed the finish line first. Nafosat's victory is not only a personal achievement but also holds great significance for the entire national team, demonstrating their readiness to compete with the strongest athletes in the region.
In the junior Madison event, the duo of Ekaterina Makarochkina and Nadejda Bartenyova secured a silver medal thanks to their confident performance. At the same time, excellent results were also achieved in the junior points race.
Shoislom Shoakmalov and Gulhayo Sattorova each earned a bronze medal following competitive races. These achievements confirm that Uzbek cyclists are maintaining stable physical form throughout the championship.
