Shaxzod Muzaffarov Secured a Confident Victory at the Asian Championship

The Asian Championship among adults in boxing is continuing in Ulaanbaatar, the capital of Mongolia. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
In this prestigious competition, both teams of the Uzbekistan national team are participating and achieving worthy results in the ring. Within today's fights, our compatriot Shaxzod Muzaffarov stepped into the ring in the round of 1/8 finals in the minus sixty-kilogram weight category.
He showed absolute superiority in the match against his Jordanian opponent Mahdi Almashaleh and won confidently with a score of five to zero. This superiority was clearly reflected in the judges' scores as well, with all five judges favoring the Uzbek boxer.
Muzaffarov thoroughly controlled the course of the fight over three rounds and acted more calmly and precisely than his opponent. Our boxer left almost no chance to his opponent with his quick movements, accurate punches, and well-thought-out tactical plan throughout the fight.
The judges unanimously awarded the victory to the Uzbek boxer. Even the deduction of one point for a foul in the third round did not affect the final result.
With this victory, he advanced to the next stage, the quarterfinals. Now a more serious test awaits our boxer.
In the quarterfinals, he will compete against the famous Kazakh boxer, two-time world champion Maxmud Sabirhan. This exciting clash is scheduled to take place on April 3, and fans are eagerly awaiting this fight.
Thus, today's program of fights involving our compatriots has come to an end. The confident performances of Uzbek boxers provide a basis to expect high results in the next stages of the competition.
