The Referees Committee commented on the controversial situation in the Kokand and Nasaf match

The press service of the Uzbekistan Football Referees Center provided an official explanation regarding a controversial situation that occurred during the match between Kokand-1912 and Nasaf. Zamin.uz reported this.
A group of experts presented their conclusions regarding this episode observed in the sixth round of the Super League. Representatives of the organization emphasized that cooperation with all responsible agencies is being systematically continued to ensure fairness and transparency in football matches.
According to information provided on the One.uz website, adhering to the principles of openness, the center regularly publishes analytical conclusions at the end of each round. Such efforts serve to further increase trust in refereeing activities among football fans and the public.
At the same time, it was reminded once again that, in accordance with international football organizations and IFAB rules, providing confidential audio recordings related to the VAR process to third parties is strictly prohibited. These materials are designated to be kept only as internal service documents.
However, supporting the policy of openness, it was announced that there is an opportunity to jointly review the disputed situation with the participation of representatives from the Uzbekistan Professional Football League and the Nasaf club. In such a meeting, all technical materials will be analyzed, and full answers to the questions that have arisen will be provided.
Additionally, it is planned that this episode will be discussed in detail during upcoming seminars organized for media representatives. According to football officials, such an open approach helps clarify controversial situations and strengthens the football community's trust in the organization.
In the future, it is intended to continue such explanatory work to ensure transparency regarding refereeing issues.
