Jizzakh's BMB Team Crowned National Champions Ahead of Schedule

The winner of the twenty-ninth national championship of Uzbekistan for the 2025/2026 sports season has been determined much earlier than expected, according to Zamin.uz. Representing the city of Jizzakh, the BMB team once again demonstrated its superior skill as the defending champion.
Following a series of successful performances, the team officially secured the prestigious title of national champion for the fourth time in its history. It was anticipated that the Jizzakh side would defend their title during this round of matches.
However, the final outcome depended not only on their performance but also on their main rivals dropping points. Under the leadership of Nodir Eliboyev, the team members executed their tasks perfectly.
They secured convincing victories in two matches, while another match resulted in a technical defeat for the opponent. Meanwhile, the primary contenders in the title race made unexpected mistakes.
Specifically, the Oil Star team lost valuable points in a crucial match, effectively removing the 'bankers' from the race for gold medals. On the following match day, the Bukhara region team also suffered a defeat, completely losing their championship hopes.
Oil Star's futsal players, the reigning vice-champions, also failed to achieve the expected result in their match against the Karshi team. In a hard-fought encounter, Nasaf played out a 1-1 draw with their opponents.
This result settled the final questions regarding the championship and ended the intrigue. Consequently, BMB secured the championship ahead of schedule thanks to their consistent play and effective capitalization on their rivals' mistakes.
Throughout the season, the team proved themselves as true leaders and successfully demonstrated their dominance on the national futsal stage once again. Source: One.uz website.
