The second semi-final match of the German Cup provided football fans with truly thrilling moments, as reported by Zamin.uz. Hosting Freiburg at home, Stuttgart secured a victory in an uncompromising battle and earned a spot in the decisive stage of the competition.

From the opening minutes, both teams fought bravely for every inch of the pitch, a contest that persisted until the very end. In the first half, the visitors displayed a more organized performance.

In the 28th minute, Eggestein found the back of the net with a precise strike to open the scoring. This goal boosted Freiburg's confidence, allowing them to maintain their lead until the end of the first half.

Although Stuttgart players organized several attacks to change the situation before the break, they lacked accuracy in their finishing. In the second half, the hosts took complete control of the game.

Their persistent attacks paid off in the 70th minute when Undav scored the equalizer, breathing new life into the match and drawing cheers from the fans. No further goals were scored in regulation time, leading the referee to signal for extra time to determine the winner.

During the extra periods, both sides played with extreme caution. However, the final seconds of the match proved lucky for Stuttgart.

In the 120th minute, Tomas showcased his skill by scoring the team's second goal. This strike opened the doors to the German Cup final for Stuttgart.

The team will now face Bayern Munich on May 23rd to compete for the main trophy. Stuttgart's lineup featured players such as Nübel, Hendriks, Chabot, Mittelstädt, Leweling, Karazor, Stiller, Führich, Nartey, Demirović, and Undav.

Representing Freiburg were Müller, Treu, Ginter, Lienhart, Makengo, Eggestein, Manzambi, Beste, Suzuki, Grifo, and Matanović. According to One.uz, the upcoming final will undoubtedly be the focus of the entire European football community.
