Ildar Sakaev Appointed as the New Head Coach of Mash'al

In his time, he gained extensive experience as a player for teams such as Navbahor, Kosonsoychi, and Sogdiana. During his coaching career, he worked effectively at Oktepa, Andijan, and Yangiyer clubs, demonstrating his professional skills.

His tenure at Andijan is particularly memorable, as it was under Sakaev's leadership that the team earned promotion from the lower division to the top league. It is worth noting that in recent years, Ildar Sakaev has been working within the Mash'al club system.
