Al-Nassr wants to unite Mohamed Salah with Cristiano Ronaldo

Reports that the famous Egyptian footballer Mohamed Salah and the legendary Portuguese forward Cristiano Ronaldo may play on the same team are getting closer to reality. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
Liverpool's leading forward is on the verge of becoming a free agent, and for this reason, Saudi Arabia's Al-Nassr club has set its main goal as adding him to their squad. This information was reported by Goal.com.
Al-Nassr's head coach, Jorge Jesus, has fully approved the plan to sign Salah in the current summer transfer window. Although the Egyptian footballer's tenure at Anfield is officially expected to end at the conclusion of the 2025-2026 season, the Saudi club's leadership has indicated that it is ready to bring him to the team right now.
However, the fate of this transfer also depends on the future of Jorge Jesus himself at the club. Currently, serious negotiations are underway between the specialist and the club's leadership regarding the extension of the existing contract.
If the parties reach mutual agreement, the final steps to sign Salah will be taken. Former footballer Paul-José Mpoku also considers Mohamed Salah's move to the Middle East region inevitable.
In his opinion, for the Saudi Arabia Public Investment Fund, Salah is not just a player but the most important and strategic goal as a cultural ambassador for the entire region. In the current season, Mohamed Salah played a total of thirty-eight matches in all competitions for Liverpool, scored twelve goals against opponents and provided nine assists.
At present, the experienced footballer is under threat of finishing the season early due to a knee injury, but this circumstance has not diminished interest in him. Through this transfer, the Saudi club aims to bring together world football stars on one team.
