David Alaba will leave Real Madrid this summer

Real Madrid defender David Alaba has decided to leave the club at the end of the current season, Zamin.uz reports.
The club’s management officially announced that his contract will not be extended. After five successful years, the 32-year-old defender will become a free agent and begin searching for a new team.
The information was shared by Goal.com. At the same time, several top European clubs are closely monitoring the experienced defender’s situation.
In particular, Manchester United has expressed serious interest in signing Alaba to strengthen their defensive line. Additionally, Milan is expected to enter the race for this transfer.
Furthermore, reports suggest that teams from the USA and Saudi Arabia are also interested in the defender’s future plans. David Alaba joined Real Madrid from Bayern Munich in 2021.
During his time in the Spanish capital, he won two Champions League titles and two domestic championships, making a significant contribution to the team’s success. However, his spell in Spain was hampered by unexpected and serious injuries.
A cruciate ligament tear at the end of last season, followed by other injuries, forced him to spend a long time off the pitch. As a result, he only participated in thirteen matches this season.
Club president Florentino Pérez highly valued Alaba’s contributions and expressed his gratitude. As emphasized by the president, Real Madrid’s doors will always remain open for Alaba.
During the final home match of the season, a special farewell ceremony is planned for the experienced defender. Afterward, Alaba will focus on his duties with the Austrian national team, preparing as a leader for the upcoming important matches.
