Milan head coach Allegri and club management have been dismissed

Italy's famous Milan club has launched drastic reforms in its squad and management as the current season comes to an end. Zamin.uz reported on this.
According to information distributed on the club's official website and reported by the one.uz publication, the team's head coach Massimiliano Allegri has been relieved of his duties. The changes were not limited to the coach alone.
Club CEO Giorgio Furlani, sporting director Igli Tare, and technical director Geoffrey Moncada have also left their posts. Such wide-scale resignations indicate that a completely new era is beginning in the team's management.
Although this decision was unexpected for Milan, it is being viewed as a logical step based on the team's recent results. For the main part of the season, the Rossoneri fought worthily for the top spots in the Italian championship.
For some time, they were even one of the main contenders in the race for the Scudetto. However, in the decisive stages of the championship, there was an inexplicable decline in the team's performance.
Points lost in important matches and the unstable performance of the players on the field exhausted the management's patience. The official statement issued by the club emphasized that the final part of the season was completely inconsistent with the team's previous potential.
In particular, the painful defeat suffered in the final round nullified the efforts made throughout the entire season. Therefore, club officials announced that the time has come to fully reorganize the football activities and the management system.
Now, the team will implement fundamental reforms not only on the field but also in the administrative structure. According to the results of the 38 rounds of the Italian championship, the Milan team managed to collect 70 points and finished 5th in the tournament table.
This result deprived the club of a Champions League spot for the next season. For a team like Milan, with a rich history and huge ambitions, staying out of the continent's most prestigious tournament is considered a major blow.
This situation could negatively affect not only the club's prestige but also its future financial condition. Massimiliano Allegri's resignation signifies the formation of a new philosophy in the team.
At the same time, the departure of the sporting and technical directors shows that the problem was not only with the coach but with the overall system. At the beginning of the season, the team made big promises to the fans and filled the squad with strong players.
However, in the end, the goals were not achieved. Now, the Milan management faces complex tasks such as appointing a new coach and pursuing a rational policy in the transfer market.
