Manchester City have added winger Mathis Deturbeni from French side Troyes to their squad, Zamin.uz reports.

Troyes' press service officially announced that the 19-year-old footballer has joined the city club. Notably, both clubs operate under the City Football Group.

Zamin.uz reported on this potential transfer on December 19, 2025. On that day, our site published an article titled "Mathis Deturbeni May Choose Manchester City Club."

After several months, the transfer has now been officially confirmed. According to L'Équipe, Manchester City paid 25 million euros for the young player.

However, Deturbeni may not start the new season in Manchester. According to sources, the Citizens plan to loan him out to Monaco with an option to buy in the near future.

Mathis Deturbeni made 33 appearances in the French second division last season, scoring three goals and providing five assists.
