One of the most experienced and key players of the team, Ivan Perishich, participated in a press conference ahead of the crucial match against the Ghana national team, discussing the team's condition and the secrets of the opponent. Time is short, and the responsibility is enormous.
For the Croatians, the main problem at the moment is physical condition. Perishich did not hide how the team prepared in a short time.
He said: "In recent days, our main focus has been on the recovery process of the players. To be honest, we had very little time for training.
Now we are thoroughly analyzing the opponent, and we will go onto the field and do everything in our power. We clearly understand what task lies ahead of us and what is demanded of us.
But to achieve our goal, we must play much better than in the first two matches."

However, the fact that the opponent has already fulfilled their task may influence their performance in the game. Speaking about disciplined defense, Perishich commented: "Ghana is a well-organized team that plays very disciplined football.
In the first two matches, they built their attacks from a very deep defensive position." Regarding unexpected surprises, he said: "They have been paying for their approach to advancing to the next stage. Perhaps this time they will change something in their style of play?
Whatever happens, we must be ready for any surprise and any situation."
