On June 13, one of the world's largest mixed martial arts tournaments — the “UAE Warriors 60” gala night will take place in the capital of the United Arab Emirates, Abu Dhabi. Fans of the tournament can expect not only high-level fights but also fierce competitions featuring Uzbek athletes.
In this tournament, 3 of our compatriots will defend the honor of Uzbekistan. They will enter the octagon against some of the strongest representatives in the world in their categories:
Lightweight (61 kg): The fight between Suhrobbek Otajonov (Uzbekistan) and Murad Ibragimov (Bahrain) will provide a unique fighting atmosphere. For Suhrobbek, this is another serious test on the international stage.
Middleweight (79 kg): Tursunbek Sodiqov (Uzbekistan) will fight against the strong Russian opponent Magomed Tuchalov. This clash presents a great opportunity for our representative to showcase his skill level once again.
Featherweight (52 kg): Zulfiya Kurbashova (Uzbekistan) will enter the octagon against the experienced Brazilian athlete Michele Oliveira. Zulfiya has won the love of fans with her determination and smart strategy.
The main fights of the tournament will feature Viktor Nunes and Muxidin Abubakar for the Interim Flyweight title, as well as Vinicius Moreira and Tanner Boser (heavyweight). Additionally, internationally renowned fighters such as Piotr Nedzelskiy, Vladislav Rudnev, Martun Mejlumyan, Italo Gomes, and others will also step into the octagon.
The fighting atmosphere and high spirits are guaranteed at this night taking place at the “SPACE42 Arena” in Abu Dhabi. Through this, our Uzbek athletes will strive not only to showcase their skills but also to raise the flag of their homeland high.
