11 Uzbek female boxers will step into the ring at the Asian Championships

The Asian U-23 Boxing Championship has kicked off in a fierce battle, as reported by Zamin.uz.
In the matches scheduled for tomorrow, six members of Uzbekistan’s women’s national team will step into the ring to fight for victory. Our compatriots will showcase their skills against opponents from Indonesia, the Philippines, Kyrgyzstan, Vietnam, and Kazakhstan.
According to the press service of the Uzbekistan Boxing Federation, the bouts will begin at 10:00 AM, with our athletes in the lightest weight category opening the day’s schedule.
First up, 48-kilogram boxer Robiyaxon Baxtiyorova will face Linda Sara of the host nation. This match is set to start at 10:45 AM Tashkent time.
Next, at 11:15 AM, Gulsevar G‘aniyeva will compete in the 51-kilogram division against Filipino athlete Xian Baguin. Both of our boxers are expected to start the tournament successfully.
Around noon, Uzukjamol Yunusova, competing in the 54-kilogram category, will enter the ring. Her opponent will be Milana Shixshabekova from Kyrgyzstan, and historically, bouts between these two nations have been intensely competitive.
This match is scheduled for 12:15 PM. The second half of the day promises to be just as thrilling for Uzbek fans.
At 3:30 PM, Xumorabonu Mamajonova will test her luck against Nurul Izza from Indonesia. In the final part of the day, two more of our representatives will take to the ring.
Mushtariybonu Ibrohimjonova will face Ti Nxung Quang of Vietnam in the 60-kilogram division, while Sevinch Xurramova, competing at 65 kilograms, will go up against Arujan Jangabayeva of Kazakhstan. These bouts are scheduled to begin at 4:45 PM and 5:30 PM, respectively.
