Fabian Ruiz has decided to extend his contract with PSG

PSJ club and the Spanish national team midfielder Fabian Ruiz decided to continue his activities in the French capital. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

Despite serious interest shown by a number of influential European clubs, including Real Madrid and Bayern Munich, the experienced footballer has come to a standstill on extending his current contract with the Parisians. This decision was an important step for the club's leadership in the strategy of preserving the team's core composition.

This is reported by Goal.com. According to the information received, Ruiz extended his contract with the club for another year.

In addition, the new document provides for the possibility of extending the term by another twelve months. It should be noted that the footballer was transferred from Napoli in 2022 for a fee of 22.5 million euros.

In a short period of time, he became an integral part of the team coached by Luis Enrique and a key driving force in midfield. According to reports in the Spanish media, the leadership of Real Madrid considered Fabian Ruiz as a suitable candidate to replace Toni Kroos, who had completed his career.

Madrid appreciated his style of play, passing accuracy, and ability to read the game. At the same time, Bayern Munich in Germany was also exploring the possibility of adding the footballer to its ranks.

However, Ruiz preferred to remain loyal to the project in Paris and decided to tie his future specifically with PSG. The past season turned out to be successful for Ruiz.

He appeared on the field in a total of 34 matches across all competitions, demonstrating consistent performance. His record includes goals scored in the French championship and Champions League matches, as well as effective passes.

The footballer possesses high experience not only at the club level but also on the international stage, having won the European Championship and the Nations League with the Spanish national team. Having such a winning mentality player in the squad is very important for PSG's high ambitions in the upcoming seasons.

Currently, Fabian Ruiz is focusing his attention on participating with the Spanish national team. He is preparing for important matches within the framework of the World Cup.

The footballer will return to the club's disposal only after completing his participation with the national team in the tournament. PSG fans eagerly await the talented midfielder to continue contributing to the team's success in the new season.
