Barcelona reaches agreement with Karim Adeyemi on transfer

Barcelona is on the verge of completing a major transfer in the current market, according to Zamin.uz.

Reports indicate that the Catalan club has successfully concluded negotiations to sign Karim Adeyemi, the Borussia Dortmund forward. Despite the player’s high market value, Barcelona’s management appears to have secured the deal on very favorable terms.

According to well-known insider Fabrizio Romano, the base fee for the transfer amounts to 22 million euros. Additionally, the contract includes up to 7 million euros in performance-related bonuses.

If all clauses are triggered, the total value of the deal could reach 29 million euros. Adeyemi, aged 24, is expected to sign a long-term contract lasting five years.

Barcelona’s interest in Adeyemi is no surprise. The player has consistently drawn attention for his explosive pace, versatility in attacking positions, and ability to outmaneuver defenders.

He is effective both as a central striker and on the wings, giving the coaching staff tactical flexibility in their attacking setup.

Adeyemi joined Dortmund in the summer of 2022. Last season, he made 39 appearances across all competitions, scoring 10 goals and providing six assists.
