Abduqodir Husanov Sets Central Asia Record with €50 Million Transfer

Abduqodir Husanov's transfer value of 50 million euros has been confirmed by the Transfermarkt portal as the highest in the history of Uzbek and Central Asian football, reports One.uz.
This reflects his consistent performances at Manchester City and successful adaptation to the English Premier League. Transfer value and ranking Husanov's 50 million euro valuation places him first among footballers from the post-Soviet space.
Second place is held by Ukrainian midfielder Yegor Yarmolyuk of Brentford, valued at 32 million euros. Third is Georgian goalkeeper Georgi Mamardashvili of Liverpool, valued at 28 million euros. Fourth is Ukrainian defender Vitaliy Mykolenko of Everton, valued at 25 million euros. Fifth is Ukrainian winger Mykhailo Mudryk of Tottenham, valued at 15 million euros.
Activity at clubs Husanov transferred from French club Lens to Manchester City in January 2025 for a fee of 40 million euros. In his debut season, he helped the team win the FA Cup and the EFL Cup.
