"Real Madrid" Vinisius Junior will return to the starting lineup in the UEFA Champions League match against Roma

Real Madrid forward Vinicius Junior is expected to return to the starting lineup in the UEFA Champions League group stage match against Italian side Roma, according to One.uz.
This information is based on a report from Spanish outlet Marca. Head coach José Mourinho plans to bring on the Brazilian forward from the first minutes.
The decision follows a poor performance and subsequent dismissal in the domestic league. Vinicius came on from the bench in La Liga’s match against Villarreal, entering at the start of the second half, but was soon sent off by the referee and shown a red card.
As a result of this dismissal, he may miss the next 2–3 La Liga matches. However, the suspension applies only to domestic competition, so his availability for the Champions League remains intact.
Mourinho’s selection: Vinicius instead of Yan Diomande
José Mourinho intends to strengthen the attacking line against Roma by starting Vinicius. The reason is that Yan Diomande, who scored the winning goal against Villarreal, is expected to begin on the bench, with Vinicius set to take his place in the starting XI.
This selection presents a major opportunity for Vinicius to regain form, boost motivation, and redeem himself after missing several domestic matches due to suspension. Under Mourinho, Real Madrid — a side aiming for maximum objectives — will face Roma in what is expected to be one of the most important tests of the tournament.
The match will require both strong execution and tactical discipline. Source: One.uz.
