Tesla chairman Elon Musk defended his compensation

Robin Denholm, chairwoman of Tesla's board of directors, described the ongoing discussions about Elon Musk's $1 trillion compensation plan as somewhat strange. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

According to her, Elon Musk has successfully managed the company and achieved great accomplishments. This payment plan was approved by Tesla shareholders in 2018.

However, recently some experts have considered this amount excessive and have questioned its fairness. Robin Denholm emphasized that due to Elon Musk's leadership skills, the company's value has increased significantly and he fully deserves this reward.

The matter is currently under judicial review, and the final decision is expected to be announced in the coming weeks. This process is considered to be of significant importance for the company and its shareholders.
