Meta Introduces Ad-Free Subscription in the UK
Meta is introducing a paid subscription system for Facebook and Instagram users in the United Kingdom. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

From now on, users will be able to pay approximately three dollars per month to use the social networks without ads. The company emphasized that it is up to users to consent to or restrict the use of their data for advertising purposes.

This helps people have more control over their personal data. Additionally, the option to use the platforms for free with ads will remain available.

Such a service is already available in other European countries, costing about six dollars per month. In the UK, the price is set lower, at four dollars for the mobile app.

Experts have positively evaluated this decision, highlighting that users will have greater control over the use of their personal data. This development makes using social networks more convenient and secure.
