In order to increase efficiency, a "Reform Headquarters" was established in Zomin district. An "Agrocenter" was created where agricultural services are gathered in one place based on the one-stop-shop principle.
Through this center, new methods aimed at increasing productivity are being implemented. As a result, the quality of food products is improving, and the income of the population is increasing.
Special attention is being paid to the development of potato cultivation in Jizzakh. At the Zomin scientific experimental station, 12 new varieties of seeds from foreign and local breeding are being tested.

President Mirziyoyev emphasized that attracting industry to the districts and providing employment for the population is a priority task. In areas that were once wasteland, modern enterprises are now operating, and the opportunities for the population to earn income from crafts and household plots are expanding.
Considering the knowledge and demands of the younger generation, it is necessary to create conditions for their prosperous living. If the right opportunities are utilized, Zomin district can become an area free from unemployment.
In the new center of Kokdala district, an art palace, an art school, a general education school, and a sports complex are being built simultaneously. The head of state noted the importance of these facilities being convenient for children and stated that this experience should be applied in future projects.
Based on this, the construction of a culture palace and an art school with 300 seats is also planned in Zomin district. This culture palace will serve more than 45,000 residents in the district center.
