The selection for higher education admission has started
The entrance test exams for higher education institutions for the 2025-2026 academic year were completed on July 24. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

Now, an important stage for applicants has begun — the process of choosing a higher education institution, field, and form of education. This process is allocated 15 days and will last until approximately August 7.

The admission process to higher education is organized based on the principle of "first test, then selection." Applicants need to log into the my.uzbmb.uz platform, select the "Admission to Higher and Professional Education Institutions" section, and then click the "Use Service" button to proceed to the "Choose HEI" section.

Each applicant can choose up to five higher education institutions and fields based on the subjects taken in the test and the language of instruction. The education can be in the form of full-time, part-time, or evening studies.

Additionally, it is required to specify the parameters of "Priority of Selection" and "Target Admission." At the end of the selection, the "Save" button is clicked, and a confirmation SMS code is sent to the applicant's phone number.

Once the code is entered, the selection is formalized. After the selection, the system generates an "Applicant Registration Sheet," which reflects the chosen HEIs, form of education, and fields.

This sheet can be downloaded or modified at any time and downloaded again. After the deadline for selecting higher education institutions and fields, the final list of candidates recommended for admission will be announced by approximately August 14.

The results will be officially presented by the State Admission Commission. It is recommended to continuously monitor official sources.

As previously announced, the admission quotas are 35,500 places for bachelor's programs and 9,922 places for master's programs. These quotas apply only to full-time education.
