Attention to the clash at the border of Thailand and Cambodia
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan is paying serious attention to the armed clash that has occurred at the border between Thailand and Cambodia. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

The ministry is calling on all parties to resolve the situation peacefully and to adhere to international legal norms. Regarding this situation, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is urging the governments of both countries to take necessary measures.

Additionally, in order to ensure the safety of Uzbek citizens, additional measures are being implemented. Due to the potential negative impact of the armed clash between Thailand and Cambodia on regional security, the ministry is advising Uzbek citizens not to travel to areas bordering Cambodia.

Citizens are required to closely monitor the situation and stay informed about official announcements and reports. Currently, security in Bangkok, the capital of Thailand, and other tourist centers is stable, and there is no danger to foreign tourists.

At present, there is no information about any injured Uzbek citizens residing in Thailand and Cambodia. The ministry also states that it is possible to continue traveling to areas that do not pose a threat to safety.

However, it is important to pay attention to warnings coming from official sources in any case. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan will keep the situation under constant control through international diplomatic relations and security measures.

The safety of citizens and the assistance provided to them are always of paramount importance, and evacuation processes will also be organized if necessary. The ministry advises citizens to be provided with essential safety information and to take precautions when planning their travels.
