During the inspection process, attempts to illegally sell residential properties and numerous violations of construction regulations were identified. Illegal constructions were forcibly disconnected from the electricity supply.
The most violations were recorded in the Yangihayot district, where 17 illegal construction activities were stopped. Additionally, the Mirabad and Mirzo-Ulugbek districts were also included among the problematic areas.
The least violations were observed in the Uchtepa and Yakkasaray districts. The Tashkent city administration urged citizens to be cautious when purchasing residential properties.
The local authorities recommended carefully checking documents and refraining from making cash payments for housing. If there are any doubts, residents can verify the existence of a construction permit through the official website or bot.
These measures are aimed at preventing illegal constructions.
