Teachers' salaries will increase by 10 percent in 2025
Starting from August 1, 2025, the monthly salary of teachers in Uzbekistan will increase by 10 percent. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

This is specified in the presidential decree PF-91 dated June 2, 2025. According to the decree, the salaries of employees in budget organizations have been generally raised, and new salary amounts corresponding to various positions in schools have been approved.

For example, the monthly salary of school directors starts from 5,166,485 soums and can reach up to 6,187,933 soums depending on the number of students. The deputies of the directors will receive salaries ranging from 4,825,345 soums to 5,849,691 soums.

The monthly salary of the deputy director for economic affairs starts from 1,957,858 soums and increases up to 2,515,091 soums. The salaries of psychologists have also been raised from 3,356,916 soums to 4,072,508 soums.

The salary of teachers with secondary special education is set at 3,468,585 soums, while for those with higher education it is 3,729,906 soums. The monthly salaries of teachers with the highest category and higher education have reached 5,142,053 soums.

Additionally, the salary for personnel managers has been set at 1,758,372 soums. The salaries of library directors vary according to their qualifications: library directors with secondary special education receive 2,349,447 soums, while those with higher education receive 2,563,442 soums.

These salaries are aimed at improving the material conditions of teachers and are considered a worthy incentive for their work (source: Presidential decree PF-91, June 2, 2025)
