
Today, on August 19, a fire broke out on the roof of the Islamic Civilization Center building located in the Olmazor district of Tashkent city. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
According to the Emergency Situations Service, at 11:11, fire started due to non-compliance with technological rules during the installation of insulation coatings. The fire spread quickly and was contained by 11:32 and completely extinguished by 11:34.
As a result of the fire, insulation material covering an area of 19 square meters burned and was damaged. However, the interior of the building and the rare exhibits inside were not harmed.
Also, no one was injured at the scene. Thanks to the prompt response of the Emergency Situations Service, the fire was prevented from causing major damage.
