
At the Uchtepa district department of the Mandatory Enforcement Bureau in Tashkent city, alimony amounting to 2.4 billion soums was paid in advance for male children. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
This alimony sum set a record in the history of the MIB. According to the court decision, the debtor Sh.J.
received an enforcement document to collect alimony amounting to half of his income for the maintenance of his four minor children in favor of the claimant Sh.D.
To identify the debtor's assets, inquiries were sent to authorized bodies, but it was found that no property was registered in his name. During enforcement actions, Sh.J.
requested to calculate the amount of alimony payable for his minor children over 16 years. According to the calculations, the total alimony sum amounted to 2 billion 442 million soums.
The debtor paid this amount to the claimant Sh.D. in the form of a house, after which the enforcement document was considered executed.
