It will be possible to register a business in 15 minutes from 2026
Starting from 2026, it will be possible to register a business in 15 minutes. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

This was reported by the “Kursiv” publication. President Shavkat Mirziyoyev provided information about the new system during a meeting with entrepreneurs.

From now on, entrepreneurs will be able to obtain an electronic digital signature, bank account, lease agreement, and cash register registered with the tax authority simultaneously. Thus, the registration process, which currently takes six to seven days, will be reduced to 15 minutes.

In addition, starting from 2026, requirements for 10 licenses and permits will be abolished. In some sectors, only a notification procedure will be introduced.

When violations are detected, only the enterprise will be held accountable. Also, mandatory certification for 32 types of products, including seedlings, mineral fertilizers, and livestock feed, will be canceled.

The number of mandatory certificates will be reduced from 459 to 288, and a “conformity declaration” system will be introduced instead. Entrepreneurs will henceforth have the opportunity to appeal to economic and administrative courts extraterritorially.

If court decisions are delayed in execution, the “astrent” system will be activated, and the debtor will have to pay a penalty for each day of delay. These innovations are aimed at simplifying business operations and increasing efficiency.
