From 2026, entrepreneurs will be exempt from tax reporting

Starting from 2026, entrepreneurs will be exempt from submitting reports on land, property, social, and income taxes. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
This was announced by President Shavkat Mirziyoyev during a meeting with the country's entrepreneurs. Now, tax authorities will prepare these reports for entrepreneurs free of charge.
Entrepreneurs will have the right to make changes to the reports within 5 days. Additionally, the President instructed the Tax Committee to introduce a unified penalty system starting from November 1.
The unified penalty system aims to eliminate complexities related to the number of fines or non-payment. For small business entities, the amount of fines will be reduced threefold.
These innovations are aimed at facilitating entrepreneurial activity and simplifying the tax system. Source: kursiv.uz.
