Traffic restricted on Shota Rustaveli street in Tashkent
Due to major reconstruction works in Tashkent city, traffic has been temporarily restricted. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

Because of repair and renovation works on Shota Rustaveli street, vehicle movement will be stopped on certain road sections. According to the information, the restriction applies from the intersection of Choponota and Shota Rustaveli streets, that is, from the area of the “Brotherhood Graves” monument to the intersection of Shota Rustaveli street with Mirobod street.

This area includes the roundabout around the “Grand Mir” hotel. The traffic restriction period will last from August 24 to August 31, 2025.

As stated by the press service of the Tashkent city administration, we apologize for the temporary inconvenience. Drivers are advised to plan their routes in advance and use alternative roads (source: press service of the Tashkent city administration).
