
In January-June 2025, a total of 3.8 million tons of vegetables were harvested in Uzbekistan. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
According to the data from the National Statistics Committee, Surxondaryo region ranked first in vegetable production. Approximately 720 thousand tons of vegetables were harvested in this region.
Andijon region took second place, where 671 thousand tons of vegetables were produced. Farg‘ona region ranked third, with a harvest amounting to 512 thousand tons.
The lowest vegetable yields were recorded in Jizzax and Qoraqalpog‘iston regions. In Jizzax, 64 thousand tons, and in Qoraqalpog‘iston, 60 thousand tons of vegetables were produced.
