An important civil rights issue was resolved through the court in Namangan region. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
In 2017, the owner of a house demolished for state needs was unable to receive the designated compensation for many years. This situation was considered a violation of the citizen's rights.
According to the information from the regional justice department, the house was demolished based on the decision of the Namangan city mayor dated August 21, 2017. However, despite the work carried out in the interests of the state, the compensation was not paid to the owner on time.
Legal experts filed a claim with the Namangan inter-district court to help the citizen recover their material damages. During the court process, the citizen's interests were protected and compensation amounting to 200 million soms was paid to them.
This case became an important example of protecting legal rights (source: zamin.uz).
