Mirziyoyev welcomed the King of Jordan in Samarkand

At the invitation of the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, King Abdullah II ibn al-Hussein of Jordan is on a state visit to the country. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

On August 26, the main events of the visit began in the city of Samarkand. An official welcoming ceremony for the King of Jordan was held in the square in front of the Congress Center building in Samarkand.

At this ceremony, an honor guard was formed and a military orchestra performed the national anthems of both countries. The President of Uzbekistan warmly welcomed the distinguished guest and invited him to the rostrum.

Additionally, the heads of state passed in front of the honor guard and greeted the members of the official delegation. This event serves to further strengthen the friendship and cooperation relations between the two countries.
