Uzbek citizens will travel to Jordan visa-free from September 25
Uzbek citizens will have the right to travel to Jordan visa-free starting from September 25, 2025. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

This was announced by Ahror Burxonov, the press secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan. According to him, 30 days had to pass after the official agreement on the introduction of a visa-free regime between Uzbekistan and Jordan was signed.

Therefore, the new procedure will come into effect on September 25. From now on, Uzbek citizens can stay in Jordan visa-free for up to 30 days.

On August 26, 2023, in the city of Samarkand, negotiations took place between the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, and the King of Jordan, Abdullah II ibn al-Hussein. As a result of this meeting, the parties agreed to exempt each other from entry visas.

This will serve to further strengthen the friendly and cooperative relations between the two countries. The new procedure will not only create convenience in the tourism sector but also expand opportunities in business and education.

Uzbek citizens will have the opportunity to visit Jordan’s historical sites, famous tourist destinations, and cultural heritage visa-free and easily. This will greatly contribute to the development of cultural exchange and economic cooperation between the two countries.

As a result, the new visa-free travel procedure will create favorable conditions for expanding tourism and investment projects in the future. The source of this information is the official statement of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan.
