
Uzbekistani diplomats held important negotiations with the leadership of Al-Ain University in the United Arab Emirates. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
The meeting focused on opportunities in higher education, the investment environment, and bilateral cooperation issues. At the beginning of the conversation, information was provided about the reforms being implemented in the higher education system in our country and the measures taken to create a favorable investment environment.
This indicates that Uzbekistan is entering a new stage in the fields of education and science. During the negotiations, issues such as establishing a student and faculty exchange program, organizing a visit of the university leadership to Uzbekistan, and opening a branch of Al-Ain University in our country in the future were discussed.
Deputy Chairman of the University, Nur Aldin Atatrex, supported these proposals and also expressed interest in implementing investment projects in housing construction and healthcare sectors. Al-Ain University was established in 2004 and has two main campuses: one located in the city of Al-Ain and the other in Abu Dhabi.
The university trains highly qualified specialists in engineering, medicine, pharmacy, law, education, social sciences, business, and mass communications. According to experts, this cooperation will give new momentum to Uzbekistan’s education system and serve to further strengthen scientific ties between the two countries.
