This was announced by Sardor Rajabov, Deputy Minister of Preschool and School Education. According to him, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev reviewed a presentation related to the education sector.
The presentation emphasized the necessity of establishing a 12-year education system by widely implementing preschool preparatory courses. This system will serve to improve the quality of education.
Additionally, issues of reforming the education system, enhancing teachers' qualifications, and increasing the proportion of highly educated teachers were discussed. At the same time, targeted admissions for educators will be introduced at the National Pedagogical University and regional higher education institutions.
This will place special emphasis on training qualified specialists for the sector. Improving the quality and preparedness of teachers will be the main focus of reforms in the education sector.
