A new procedure has been introduced in agriculture by government decree. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
From now on, the process of accepting cotton and grain and accounting for them will be carried out only through electronic systems. For this purpose, the regulation “On the procedure for accepting cotton and grain and maintaining its electronic accounting” has been approved.
According to the new regulation, this process is managed with the help of the information systems “Agrotarozi”, “Hosil qabuli”, and “AgroDocs”. These systems serve to ensure transparency and accuracy in accounting for agricultural products.
Users must access a special website via the internet and register to use the “Agrotarozi” and “Hosil qabuli” systems. During the registration process, they are required to sign contracts electronically and accept the terms of use of the system.
According to the regulation, cotton and grain are accepted based on a special goods-transport waybill. Farms are required to deliver products with the same quality indicators under a single waybill.
For example, products belonging to the same selection, industrial variety, and class, or seed cotton and grain with the same generation and field group, are indicated in one waybill. Also, the cotton acceptance day ends at 23:59, and reports on the products accepted each day are maintained based on physical weight.
This procedure is an important innovation aimed at ensuring quality and transparent accounting of agricultural products. Source: zamin.uz
