Funding allocated to education and science has increased sixfold
Over the past eight years, the funds allocated to education and science sectors in Uzbekistan have increased significantly. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

During this period, the volume of investment has increased sixfold, reaching a total of 378 trillion soums. This figure indicates the great attention being paid to priority areas aimed at developing our country's education system.

At the same time, for the first time in Uzbekistan's history, gold and foreign currency reserves exceeded 50 billion dollars, setting a new record. According to the President, this demonstrates the stable growth of our economy and its sufficient resources.

He emphasized that the economy is developing steadily and that existing opportunities and reserves are adequate. According to the President, these funds are directed towards modern construction and equipping of kindergartens, schools, technical colleges, and higher education institutions, as well as increasing the material incentives for teachers and mentors.

Improving the quality of education and enhancing the working and living conditions of teachers are among the most important directions of the country's reforms. The President highlighted that in the new Uzbekistan, the education sector is one of the most valued and respected fields, and that teachers and mentors hold a special place in society.

Therefore, the large investments directed towards education and science play a crucial role in creating a solid foundation for the upbringing and education of future generations. Source: zamin.uz
