Legal agreements will be confirmed online from 2027
The process of digitizing legal services in our country is rapidly developing. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

According to the presidential decree signed on September 9, 2023, starting from September 2027, it will be possible to confirm agreements related to real estate transactions, lease contracts, and alimony payments online. These innovations will provide convenience for citizens in conducting legal agreements.

Additionally, contracts for the sale or donation of housing and some other legal agreements will be formalized by a notary via video communication. This will help save time and money.

The decree also envisages the introduction of a new personal identification system from 2026. Instead of a passport or ID card, identification through Face-ID or fingerprint recognition will be widely used.

Starting from December of this year, it will be possible to revoke powers of attorney remotely and to formalize enforcement documents electronically. Moreover, from June 2026, marriage contracts and vehicle lease agreements will be formalized online.

From December, the possibility to confirm inheritance and mortgage contracts remotely will appear. In March 2026, the "E-Notarius" mobile application will be launched, through which enforcement documents prepared by notaries will be automatically integrated into the electronic document circulation system.

By the end of the year, all notarial offices will be provided with high-speed fiber optic internet. Additionally, integration with local utility service databases will be implemented.

Once a housing sale contract is confirmed, information about the owner will be updated automatically. This will serve to increase transparency and ease citizens' lives.

According to experts, these reforms will mark a new era in the notarial system. Digital solutions will ensure convenience, speed, and reliability in conducting legal agreements.
