A citizen named S.S. who purchased immovable property through an auction in the city of Jizzakh faced difficulties in taking possession of his property. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
Due to the previous owners of the building not wanting to move out, S.S. was forced to apply to the court.
Based on the decision of the civil court, compulsory enforcement actions were initiated by the state executors of the Jizzakh city bureau.
According to the court documents, the defendant T.Sh. and other persons had to be evicted from the building.
The state executor officially notified the debtors about the date and time of the eviction. It was emphasized that even if they were not present, they should not obstruct the execution of the eviction.
The eviction process was carried out in the presence of witnesses and representatives of the relevant organizations. As a result, the beauty salon was handed over to the new owner S.S.
