1320 state orders were given to foreign and non-governmental universities
For the 2025-2026 academic year, a total of 1320 state order parameters were approved for foreign and non-governmental higher education institutions in the republic. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

According to the decision of the State Commission, these orders create new opportunities for young people and assist them in being recommended for student admission. From September 29 to October 5, applicants recommended for admission to foreign and non-governmental higher education institutions on a paid-contract basis will have the opportunity to register.

During this period, the admission of additional students will contribute to the development of the education system. Test exams for registered applicants will be held by October 12, 2025.

Based on the test results, applicants' scores will be taken into account and their ranking in the selection will be determined. Additionally, payment will be collected in the amount specified by the presidential decree PQ-4319 dated May 14, 2019.

Taking the test results into consideration, applicants will be admitted as a group and officially placed in higher education institutions by October 17, 2025. Furthermore, new opportunities have been created for applicants who registered and participated in exams for admission to bachelor's degree programs at state higher education institutions but were not recommended for student admission.

They will have the right to participate in the selection for suitable programs according to their accumulated scores and subject combinations. As a result of this decision and the test exams, access to education will expand, which is of great importance for young people to achieve their goals.
