The deputies of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis approved a new draft law on the protection of green zones in the third reading. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
This law is aimed at preventing unauthorized concrete constructions around houses and on forest fund lands. According to the legal documents, no unauthorized constructions will be carried out in green areas.
Additionally, it will be mandatory to include data obtained from automatic monitoring stations into a unified information database. According to the deputies, the new law is of great importance for improving the ecological situation, preserving air quality, and rational management of natural resources.
This step creates a great opportunity for protecting green areas and preserving the environment in our country. With the adoption of the law, green zones will be protected more effectively and the living conditions of citizens will improve.
