The process of providing subsidies for mortgage loans in Uzbekistan has been resumed from October 2 based on a new system. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
From now on, applications will be reviewed based on social criteria and a point system. Applications can be submitted online through the Public Services Centers or the my.gov.uz portal.
When accepting applications, priority is given to monthly income, additional criteria, and social status. For example, citizens in Karakalpakstan and other regions with incomes ranging from 3,431,700 to 8,897,000 soums receive 10 points.
In Tashkent, individuals with incomes from 3,431,700 to 10,168,000 soums are evaluated with 10 points. Additionally, as extra criteria, those without housing, labor migrants, specialists working in remote areas, and women in difficult social situations are given additional opportunities within the point system.
This system aims to ensure fair and effective distribution of subsidies. Through social criteria and the point system, resources are delivered to those in need.
